Legal information

Last updated: 2026-04-01

This page states plainly what our licence covers and what it does not. It is short on purpose.

The licence

Reefspins operates under an offshore licence, published in the footer of the gaming platform. The number is left off this website on purpose: a number copied from one page to another proves nothing. If you want to verify it, take the details from the platform and look them up in the register of the issuing authority.

What we do not hold

There is no Australian licence. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, online casino games may not be offered to people in Australia, and no Australian authority licenses them. Nothing on this site claims otherwise. Any page suggesting that this brand is licensed in Australia is either mistaken or not ours.

What that means for you

• The ACMA does not supervise this operator and cannot intervene in a dispute about your account.
• The ACMA can have websites offering prohibited services blocked by Australian internet providers, and this domain may be among them.
• BetStop does not block an account here, because BetStop covers wagering providers licensed in Australia.
• Australian consumer rules for licensed wagering, including the ban on credit card deposits, do not bind this operator; limits are set by the operator.

The route if something goes wrong is our own complaints procedure and, after that, the authority that issued our licence. That is a shorter and weaker ladder than an Australian licensed provider offers. We would rather write it down than leave you to discover it.

Your own responsibility

Gambling law differs from country to country and changes. Before you open an account, check what applies where you live. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and using the platform from a place where it is prohibited is at your own risk.

Trademarks and content
